Here goes my first try on drying herbs….
Herb leaves drying on a tray
Preserving rosemary leaves by freezing them in water in an icecube tray.
Once the cubes are frozen I will move them to a freezer safe ziplock bag to store in the freezer. From there I can use them in soups, drinks etc.
